Write To Your Newspaper

Open debate in newspapers forms a key part of the democratic process in this country.  Add your voice to the debate on Heathrow expansion by writing to your paper.

You are more likely to have your letter published if you keep it short – two paragraphs or less. Use your own words and clearly explain your reasons for supporting expansion.

Write your letter in the body of an email - don't send it as an attachment. You will also need to put your full name and address at the bottom of the email (although only your name will be published).

Email addresses for the Letters Editors of the national newspapers are below. Contact details for your local paper can be found on the letters page – usually just after the news section.
